Kendall Watson

Hi everyone! My name is Kendall Watson and I am so excited to teach your child this year!  Second grade is such a fun year and I am honored to be part of your child’s journey. This will be my 5th year teaching.
I was born and raised in Fort Worth but moved out to Lubbock 8 years ago to attend Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘Em!). After graduating, I stayed in Lubbock to teach for the past 4 years. There I taught special education for 2 years and 2nd grade for 2 years. In 2017, I graduated with my Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling from Angelo State University. I have a sweet dog named Cooper and we love to go on adventures together. I am so happy to be closer to family in DFW now. When I’m not teaching I love cheering on my Red Raiders at football games, exploring the outdoors with Cooper, traveling to new places and spending quality time with family and friends. I can’t wait for all the memories and learning that will happen during this upcoming school year. I’m so excited to be part of the Heritage family and community!
