Kendall Watson

Hi everyone! My name is Kendall Watson and I am so excited to teach your child this year!  Second grade is such a fun year and I am honored to be part of your child’s journey. This will be my 6th year teaching and 2nd year at HES. I was born and raised in Fort Worth but moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘Em!). After graduating, I stayed in Lubbock and taught 4 years out there. There I taught special education for 2 years and 2nd grade for 2 years. In 2017, I graduated with my Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling from Angelo State University. I have two sweet dogs named Cooper and Tucker. They are a lot of fun and like to keep my on my toes! When I’m not teaching I love cheering on my Red Raiders at football games, exploring the outdoors with Cooper & Tucker, traveling to new places and spending quality time with family and friends. I can’t wait for all the memories and learning that will happen during this upcoming school year. I’m so excited to be part of the Heritage family and community!
