Julie Beierschmitt

Hi everyone! My name is Julie Beierschmitt and I am so excited to have the privilege of getting to teach your child this year. This will be my very first year of teaching, and I could not be more thrilled that I get to experience it here with you all! I am originally from small town Enid, Oklahoma and I attended college at The University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. While I was in college I started working for an orthodontist and prior to this year, was and orthodontic assistant for 10 years (I'm here for your braces emergencies). I decided to make the career shift into education because I wanted to have a daily impact upon and help kids have the best educational experience possible. I am very passionate about ensuring that each and every one of my students feel welcome and loved at school.

I moved to Grapevine in 2015 with my family: Justin, Jaxon, and Myles. My boys, Jaxon and Myles, are Heritage Eagles, and will be in 2nd grade this year. We also have a super smelly, but super sweet English bulldog, that I call my third child, named Norman. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing games and watching movies.
I am beyond excited about this school year, because Heritage is such an amazing place to be. The staff, as well as the students and their families are top notch; having this opportunity means the world to me. I cannot wait to meet each and every one of you, it’s going to be an amazing year!
