My name is Amber McClintock, and I am beyond excited to be teaching 5th grade Math and Science at Heritage Elementary. In addition to being certified to teach Early Childhood through 6th grade, I am also certified to teach English as a Second Language.

I am a graduate of GCISD, having attended Grapevine Elementary, Heritage Middle, and Colleyville Heritage High School. I love this district so much I could not wait to get back here and begin my professional career.

I attended the best University in the world, Texas A&M University, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in May 2016. I have one older sister, Amy, who currently works at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, so most of my vacation time is spent at the Happiest Place on Earth. I am the proudest Aunt to my sweet and absolutely adorable niece, Caroline. She was born in the middle of Covid-19 so her life started out full of entertainment.

In my free time, I enjoy dancing, singing, performing, going to theater performances, traveling, watching Aggie Football (WHOOP!), and hanging out with friends and family.

I absolutely love anything that is related to theater and dance, so New York is my favorite place to visit. The city is so full of life and energy! I teach dance to kiddos in the evening and I can sometimes be found performing in professional theater projects in the area, I like to keep busy :)

I am so thrilled to begin the school year at Heritage Elementary and am ready for the adventure that lies ahead in 5th grade.
