In partnering with the community, Heritage Elementary School promotes a climate of academic excellence while developing the social and emotional potential of every child.

In accordance with our mission statement, we strive to grow each child not only academically but also socially and emotionally. Each month we focus on a character trait that we feel will benefit all students. We spend time each month discussing the trait during our morning news show, circle up time, and classroom read aloud time.  At the end of each month, we honor a student from each class that has exhibited that trait.
